Sheraton Hotel at Bradley International Airport

The Center for EcoTechnology worked with the Sheraton Hotel at Bradley International Airport to launch a composting program. The hotel estimates a $2,500 savings each year in hauling costs.

Wilton School District

In 2016, a class project at Middlebrook Middle School inspired their cafeteria’s food waste diversion program and transformed the Wilton School District.

Restaurant: Gardner Ale House

The Gardner Ale House diverts wasted food for pig feed. The restaurant’s owner, Rick Walton, worked with the Center for EcoTechnology to find a way to easily and cost-effectively divert his wasted food.
