Thank you for your interest in reducing waste at your business! We will use the below information to schedule your on-site waste assessment and then send you a schedule confirmation email with the time of your appointment. Please fill out the below information as thoroughly as possible. Scheduling

E.g. Mondays, and Tuesdays 9 am to 11 am. For reference small businesses will take 30-45 minutes, and larger businesses may need 2hrs. Please give a range of options if possible. You will get a confirmation email once we have selected a time - you can reply there if you need to adjust the timing.

Please help us understand your business and recycling practices. If you aren't sure you can leave the question blank.

Check all the activities you are currently doing to reduce waste.
Check all the materials you collect for recycling
E.g. yard waste, textiles, film plastics, waste oil, etc.
E.g. Two 64-gallon single stream recycling carts picked up twice per week, or one 30-yard trash dumpster picked up three times per month.
E.g. Challenges are staff training, space, or cost; goals are to start a food waste program this year, or reduce waste by 50% in the next two years.
